  I went to Barsoma last night as part of a hens night and I most certainly will not be going back. Food is ordered over the bar and they bring it to your table. I ordered 3 pizzas and never got them. My table ordered 10 in total, but we only received 7. When I went to enquire the bar staff were extremely hostile and defensive from the get go telling me that we only ordered seven and they had all been delivered. We ordered a regular roast chicken pizza and we never got a roast chicken pizza, so how could they all be delivered. The mother of the bride went to complain and she was met by the same rudeness, the hens night organised then went to talk to the bar staff and was simply told to 'fxxx off'. We all immediately finished our drinks and left as we did not want to spend anymore money in this place. They have no way of accurately recording your food purchase, so it was their word against ours. To top it off, at 7pm, the toilets were already filthy will poo splatters. I wouldn't recommend. And all it would have taken them was to give us 3 x $10 pizzas (which we paid for) to diffuse the situation.

  An alright bar, I think the bartenders care enough but probably don't have the skill set to make it a great bar however the layout is nice and when a band is on it is excellent.
