Melbourne Magic Show

Magic happens at Impossible Occurrences’ dinner and show experience at Melbourne’s Marriott Hotel. Guests are treated to a two-course dinner at Essence Restaurant, including a bottle of wine, before taking their seats for a 90-minute conjuring performance by magician Luke Hocking. Embracing Victoria’s seasonal produce to create inspired dishes from traditional to modern, Essence exudes a contemporary vibe with polished floorboards, an open plan kitchen-bar and floor-to-ceiling windows, combining for a warm ambiance. Enjoy a pre-show entrée of high country pork belly with celeriac, granny smith remoulade and cider dressing, before mains like Tasmanian salmon with mash, ratatouille and chimichurri. Dessert temptations include apple crumble with Calvados Anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream.
