Our chef Anne Marie Abbott is highly credentialed and brings to our hotel the diverse range of offerings including several dishes that reflect her French heritage. We do not aim to be your traditional pub bistro that specialise in an assortment of deep fried options, we do not have a chicken schnitzel, nor do we have a hamburger and chips . Our menu changes daily reflecting the quality produce available and has options for every taste (you may just need to be a little more open minded).
