The Osteria is a natural extension of the winery and the food reflects the ethos behind our wines. The Osteria at Stefano Lubiana is inspired by the 'farmhouse' style eateries of Northern Italy. Traditional dishes are revisited utilising the freshest organic ingredients from the region. Our experienced chefs aim to present dishes with refinement, elegance and a touch of Italian soul. Our biodynamic garden is central to our commitment to the best quality produce and we ensure full utilisation of its produce through fermenting, ageing, pickling, baking and curing. A note on our seafood: We only use line-caught sustainably fished seafood*. In our selection of fish we choose to use fishermen that kill using the swift and humane method known as Iki Jime.
