I bought the Ultimately Sydney Rags To Riches culinary tour for my fiancés birthday and we had THE BEST day. We both live in Sydney but wanted to explore our own backyard and a precinct we love and Helen's knowledge of The Rocks area is second to none. We discovered little gems we didn't know existed, the food was delicious (as were the drinks!) and it was a super easy stroll around discovering the historical pocket of Sydney. Helen's enthusiasm is infectious and it was so lovely meeting her. We'll definitely be investigating other tours!

Very good introduction to Sydney. Covered all the highlights of a great city in 4 hours with a good guide.

The fires kinda dampened the tour. Not so much the smell of smoke, it was as if fog had rolled in to stay for the duration. Small group of 4, we did enjoy the back and forth conversations with the tour operator. :Can't remember his name, but he was great: We would take this tour again if we ever return to Sydney.

We two couples decided to take a smaller, tour to get away from the cattle car of a full bus, and hopefully see and hear more about Sydney. Mission accomplished. The tour was in a mini-bus with about a dozen people, and our guide drove and talked continuously for almost 4 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable, and showed us every possible sight and a bit of every neighborhood.....the bride, the harbors, the opera house, Bondi Beach, etc. If I have any critique, it would be that it was almost too long and detailed. Sydney doesn't have that much history or great architecture, so I got tired of driving through so many neighborhoods and fairly ordinary buildings.....but maybe that is just me..... If you are interested in Sydney and want a thorough, private tour, this is the one for you.

We did this tour on our first afternoon in Sydney and thoroughly enjoyed it! Antonio was our guide, and he was informative, friendly and energetic. He obviously loves the city! The tour was comprehensive and included some areas not traveled by the busses. You will learn a lot about how Sydney and Australia were settled. Our tour was included as part of an overall packaged deal, so I cannot comment on price vs value.

We had the best time on this tour with Evan last week! Incredible overview of Sydney coastal suburbs as well as stops as all iconic and historical spots. We learnt so much about the history, current situation and future deveopments for Sydney. Really knowledgeable guide, welcoming and friendly. Would have been impossible to achieve all this without such a well planned & delivered small group tour. Thanks so much and thoroughly recommend to others.
